Marché d'Aligre

Marché d'Aligre is one of the most famous markets of Paris. There are 2 parts, a market inside a building, and an outside
market. You can find lots of fruit and vegetables, but also cheese, meat, flowers, ... . And there is even a part that is a flea
market, which is really cheap. I loved it a lot over there.

Good food and a flea market, what else do we need ?

Marché aux puces - Porte de Monteuil

When I was talking to my french friend about the high prices on the flea markets in Paris, she told me to go to the fleamarket
at Porte de Montreuil. Last weekend I did, and she was right, much cheaper than other places ! When we went it was just 1
little street with fleamarket. But my friend said that it's normally very big. All the people are very friendly, and you can find
treasures if you search well.

Flea market - Porte de Vanves

Together with my friends from work I went to the flea market at Porte De Vanves. It was a very cold but sunny day,
so perfect for a walk on a flea market.

They all had nice things to sell, but I was so disappointed in the prices they asked for their stuff. Just ridiculous high,
and not the right prices for on a flea market. But I had a nice time. Even without buying something. (oh, no, that's not true.
I found 1 cheap thing on the market. 3 little porcelain pots for 5 euro's. )

A nice place to visit, but be prepared to the prices. :-)

Flower & bird market

Everyday you can find a flowermarket next to the Seine. You can buy plants for the garden, the inside garden,
pots and garden decorations. It's a nice place to stroll around. The market exist already a very long time, from 1808 !
When I went back to that place on sunday, to  buy a plant that I loved, I also saw that there was a bird market.
With all sorts of birds, canaries, ... . I was so happy see all this beauty (however my friends say that I have to open
the cages, so the birds could fly away.)
